032-1 Sunday 10/02/1955
Our Creator created us with a purpose and we should follow healthful rules to keep our physical bodies and minds in good health. Our Divine Indweller descends all the way down our spine, flowing through the spinal cord constantly. We are wondrously made.

The Meaning and Right Uses of Causal Realities (4 of 5)
033-2 Sunday 10/23/1955
Flower provides rare glimpses into the soul. Example of Dr. Maurice Nicole and long quote from his book Living Time. The soul is the 'I' of us which is our character and is dormant until exercised. Our souls counsel us and we receive revelations or understanding. Description of the soul as it appears in the aura and its faculty to perceive, generate and redeem.

060-2 Sunday 09/02/1956
How beauty depicted in great paintings, music, sculpture and architecture inspire us and lead us to the Divine with descriptions of how the Arts affect our higher bodies.
We Live on Many Levels Simultaneously
052-2 Sunday 03/10/1957
Often during our own individual moments before God we become awake to this same experience of feeling one in us who is larger than our surface self. This larger presence gives us a key and a prompting to living a greater life and channeling a deeper and more inclusive love.
Assimilation and Reflection upon a Completed Year
099-2 Sunday 12/28/1958
Flower discusses how we should continually try new and different things to keep our minds and bodies always refreshed and new.
110-2 Sunday 05/31/1959
In this lifetime, we are responsible for building a conscious bridge between this dimension and the world and experience of God. We should take our Christian faith so much to heart that we have a readiness to leave this body when God wills. We are not allowed, no matter how deeply we love, to let that love take the place of our love for God. Describes the Angel of Transition as mighty, strong, resplendent, all-glorious. Describes post-transition experiences, hosts present at Memorial Services, battlefield victims leaving their bodies as cocoons, welcomed by Shining Being.
The Heart's Symbolic Function
174-2 Sunday 02/11/1962
Flower states that by being more awakened to the superphysical aspects of the heart we may come into greater control of this wondrous center. Some individuals experience heart awakenings during their lifetime, and some are born with their heart centers already functioning. Describes the heart chakra from physical and superphysical standpoints, including the heart center on astral, mental and soul levels. Explains that it is important as we progress in our Christian experience that we love others as well as those souls in the inner kingdoms, and in doing so our hearts shall be lifted. As ones heart is lifted upward, the hearts spiritual counterparts on each level vibrate at higher and higher levels, creating greater color in every body, as well as size of heart center. Indicates that there are 714 references to the heart in the Bible, New and Old Testaments. Quotes several of these, and recommends anyone who experiences difficulty with their heart, to read and use them in their life.
Wielders of God's Light
195-1 Sunday 08/05/1962
Flower looks at Light, a part of the third aspect of the Trinity, and the channels of Light who made spirituality, education, refinement and civilization possible. She tells us that as we use our spiritual understanding, the frequencies and velocities of Light are seeking to channel our minds, conduct and bodies. She explains that souls who are balanced, self-controlled and wise are counseled, enriched and healed by the Light and as we tune into God's Light prayerfully we may receive answers to our problems.
Seven Bodies (1 of 4): The Etheric, Astral and Mental Bodies
198-2 Sunday 09/09/1962
We are instructed according to everything which our Lord taught that man is a septenary being. He has seven faculties and not just the God Spirit and physical body. Each of these forms has its own sphere of influence and its own purpose and its own objectives to achieve. But together, our seven bodies form the constellation of the self. In this talk, Flower describes the lower bodies, what fortifies them, and what depletes them of energy.
Seven Bodies (2 of 4): The Light Bodies - The Soul, Adonai and Monad
200-1 Sunday 09/23/1962
We need to remember that we are a seven-fold being, that there are great altitudes of consciousness in us which we require in our daily living and which will bless us and give us help and talent if we will remember to call upon them. Flower describes these higher bodies, the Soul, Adonai and Monad, which overshadow us and influence us when our other faculties of mind, feelings and energy are stilled with holy reverence and spiritualized living.

Every person has a long history of life behind him, which has put him under many climates, races, and nations. Lists differeng life routes and civilizations taken by second, forth and sixth ray souls. Babylonia, China and Greece were major 'crossroads' incarnations, where persons of all rays meet about every fouth incarnation. Southern California is the 'Cradle of the New Race.'
Seven Bodies (4 of 4): More Light Regarding the Soul
223-2 Sunday 05/19/1963
Preparation of chapel for service. The Soul is the Angel of Light within. The Monad is to the soul what the soul is to the outer body. The purpose of incarnation is to develop our souls. Our souls have the intellect of genius, they are interested in achieving preciseness, accuracy, purity and truth. Whenever we experience any of the sacraments we are under the focus of our souls. Description of activity of the soul during christening and baptism. Description of Devachan, also called Paradise, where we spend three-fourths of our time in the inner worlds. Experiences of St. John of the Cross.
God Within and God Unfolded
234-1 Sunday 10/20/1963

261-2 Sunday 10/11/1964
Know that at all times that you are responsible for what you think, and what you think you ordain for your destiny. Do you like what you ordain? If not, change it before it manifests. Flower emphasizes the importance of spiritual thinking as opposed to ordinary human thinking. She describes what happens to us when we allow our minds to wander aimlessly or possess negative thoughts and images. She gives guidelines in purifying, refining, and redirecting our thinking to a higher level that in turn lifts us spiritually. She shares Carl Jung's insights on how mental thoughts affect the human subconscious and the discoveries he made when he embarked on his own very personal experiment exploring his own thoughts. Flower further stresses the importance of refining our own mental bodies to help us with our spiritual growth.
The Activities of Invisible Helpers
262-2 Sunday 11/01/1964
Discusses human helpers in the inner worlds, those who help souls who have recently come across. Servers help people who were like themselves when they left this plane. Part of their restitution is to welcome and prepare these souls. Helpers of newly transitioned souls with difficulties (suicides, murderers, murder victims) may take person to sanitaria for healing of inner bodies. Humble helper, a human being who has gone into the higher worlds ahead of the rest of us, is only allowed to help for two generations of humankind. He must know all the circumstances that this person who has newly died has been meeting. After two generations, that's impossible, as our world and its inventions progresses so fast, so; swift turnover of servers of this type. Other helpers work praying for similar persons yet on earth, helping them bring forth new developments for good.

Flower described ways that we create new karma, rather than freeing it. Examples are given of ways to change negative habits into positive ones. Our present conditions are a result of our past actions. To end karma we must work out the old and not create it. Description of major and minor karma, and dharma. Cruelty to persons or animals brings disastrous circumstances. Spiritual healing and karma. New mental and astral bodies are created each lifetime.
Seven Bodies (5 of 6): More Light on the Power and Effectiveness of Higher Bodies
287-1 Sunday 09/12/1965
Flower discusses what influences each of our seven bodies. Each body is distinct, has its own power, but the total is the vehicle and so is it with man. We have these seven fold vehicles and every one of them is intended to be developed and to be used to its utmost capacity and its highest development; and we are daily responsible for making it that.
Seven Bodies (6 of 6): Your Invisible Self: The Soul
293-2 Sunday 12/12/1965
Flower says we have to make our Star-Self come into the center of our being and be centered in it, wherever we are. But this is the mightiest task that we could ever undertake. Only a Master is successful in living from the Divine which is within them.

States that God in us, our Divine spirit, has its outflow through the heart chakra. Notes that on Palm Sunday our Lord Christ was aware of the tremendous background that He had behind Him. In that preparation he knew how to work on his inner bodies so that the tumultuous acclaim of the excited, fickle, changeable crowd did not excite him.
Music is the Gateway into Divine Presence
396-1 Sunday 07/20/1969
Flower explains music as a path to higher consciousness. Most persons feel it on the astral; can be used to cleanse heavy emotions. Can step into mental bodies and be analytical. We can step into our soul bodies; this is harder to do; when we listen with our causal body, instead of the music being out there, and we observers, we are instead participators. On causal level we are one with everything we appreciate, and therefore when hearing great music it sounds through one. Describes thought forms, colors and archetypes seen while listening to musical excerpts. Describes inner music at transition to inner worlds.
The Mystery of the Elements
460-1 Sunday 05/02/1971
Flower mentions the elements known by chemists and those found in our bodies, stating that every single atom of our bodies is sentient, and therefore is reachable, then extensively discusses the traits of the ancient elements - earth, air, fire and water - and their spiritual significance. She also discusses the elementals of each of these kingdoms and reveals their characteristic traits as well as what they require from humans. The oriental philosophical concepts of Yin and Yang are also explored in relation to the major elements: many examples of Yang and Yin foods, animals, and energies are given.
The Language of the Soul
484-1 Sunday 12/12/1971
The soul knows truth instantly. It is the shining vehicle; it is the vehicle that knows God. The soul gives us the courage, the vision, the genius , the know-how, for any task which we are given. All we need to do is keep in touch, keep attuned to the Higher Self. The soul is never wordy or superficial. Language of the soul is one of beauty, harmony, and great inspiration. Life lessons are impressed on us by soul. Soul intuits reality in every situation. Gifts of the soul are listed. Finishes with Questions and Answers. Talk given in Los Angeles.

The effects of Light on each of our Inner Bodies is pointed out, as well as a description of Its appearance in the aura of the various bodies, depending on one's focus of attention. The role Light plays in the process of Initiation, as well as some requirements for that event, are also elucidated. The importance of maintaining 'outgoingness' is touched upon as well. The tape ends with a meditation using Light for planetary and personal treatment.

Also, gives beautiful explanations of how the Soul works in our lives.
Angels Express the Glory of God
667-2 Sunday 10/01/1978
Discusses various ranks of Angels and their titles and mentions the different responsibilities and powers the various ranks of Angels wield. Although mankind is largely indifferent to knowledge of the Angels, currently there is a trend toward more realization and appreciation of their reality. Examples are given of persons who had encounters with Angels; though they did not actually see the Angels, they saw the Angels' light surrounding them. Angels rarely enter human incarnation but when they do, their powers are diminished and the human bodies they wear are unwieldy. A few who have incarnated are composers Cesar Franck and Mozart, as well as Joan of Arc. By contrast, devas come into incarnation more frequently. Humans are never out of the observation of Angels.

Meditation is one of the things we can do to help our mental body, yet she warns about staying in meditation too long and shares why that can be harmful. She tells us there will come a time when audible speech will cease as we will communicate by seeing each other's thought forms, and no one will be able to keep secrets anymore, the truth will be known, therefore, humans will aspire to higher living.

740-1 Sunday 07/26/1981
In this talk the Reverend Flower Newhouse explains that only Masters have complete command of Their bodies, and that illness comes to us when we allow a separation to come between us and our Souls or Higher Selves. She urges us to fill ourselves with humility, teachableness and surrender with the willingness to learn the way to health. She advises us to let our Soul be our director, healer, advisor and teacher and to never give ourselves credit for our healing which belongs to God who made us. Flower encourages exercise, following your doctor's advice, and never feeling guilty about being ill. It is our responsibility to admit that something is wrong, to go to a doctor and to surrender ourselves to God's care. Followed by Questions and Answers.

There is no area in which they haven't command. Gone from them is all the testers of our humanity. They haven't any of the conceit qualities or temptation or selfishness in them. They are completely free of these qualities. There are about 300 Masters in the Hierarchy. The work that they are responsible for is tremendous, and they are in themselves tremendous. They make us realize that the same responsibility lies within us, to achieve what they have in Christ's name.

Flower describes the appearance of the heart chakra under different conditions and in different inner bodies. Describes prayer thought forms of love. States that love is the most transforming quality, next to reverence. Lists types of love including instinctive, personal, impersonal agape, and spiritual love, and gives examples of each.
