Our Lady of Guadalupe
The blessing of the Holy Mother
The Shrine of Guadalupe sent waves of power through us. This was a living center for the dispersing of spiritual Light.Reverend Flower A. Newhouse, Travel With Inner Perceptiveness
Flower sharing about one visit to the Shrine of Guadalupe
Above the Chapel's Votive Candles hangs Our Lady of Guadalupe. She is a representative of the Mother Mary who appeared in a ball of light according to Catholic records in 1531 to a humble converted Aztec indian named Juan Diego. This image was the sign manifested miraculously on Juan Diego's cloak to prove to the Bishop of Mary's authenticity and request for a church to be built on the site in her honor. The full story can be read at catholic.org.
Within six years of this apparition, six million Aztecs had converted to Christianity. Today, a basilica stands on the site in Villa de Guadalupe, Mexico City, Mexico. It is the most visited Catholic pilgrimage site in the world, and the world's third most-visited sacred site.

Before leaving Mexico, one other Light-filled visit was to the Shrine of Guadalupe. Flower found here a true point of contact with the Master Mary. From the cloak above the main altar flows a Light that is gentle and loving. It is an authentic radiation that easily becomes overpowering. An Angel of the Christ Presence overshadows the cloak and helps in sending out a ray of blue healing Light extending for several blocks in all directions about the shrine. She observed that each time this Light touched the aura of a person who was receptive, the aura would sparkle.Reverend Flower A. Newhouse, Reverend Phyllis Isaac, Insights Into Reality
