Connecting to God Through Music

Music is one of the easiest forms of the beauty that's sacramental to receive. Music when it is heard creatively and spiritually, really changes our auras immeasurably.
bioFlower A. Newhouse, The Meaning of the Sacrament of Beauty

Plato, Socrates and Pythagoras taught that when we listen spiritually and creatively, we could be taken into the eternal consciousness. It was possible in this state to have glimpses of preexistence, meaning for them, of other times in human embodiment. While each of us have different tastes of music that we listen to in life, we are focusing on the tones and melodies that lift our consciousness into higher receptivity with God.
