How do we Perceive Color?
While color has a vibrational effect upon us spiritually, exploring it scientifically and historically will also lead to some interesting insights. We soon learn that the ancients had no word for blue. Could they not see that color? Even in the Russian language today there are two distinct words for what the english language calls light blue and dark blue. They see this as two different colors while english speakers see this as two different shades of one color.
