Lessons for Living the Christ Life

The Lord Christ pointed out very clearly that following the Christ Way means identifying ourselves now with the Kingdom of God. Until we walk in the Christ's course, we worship Deity as though it embodied a state from which we are separated by our human limitations.

The Christ strongly urges us to become Inhabitants in the Spirit of God, while we are yet in human bodies. He teaches us that this kingdom is attained by centering our consciousness in the Eternal right where we are.

Following in the footsteps of Christ denotes more than our simply trying to be unselfish and kindly each day. It implies a life of self-control, or expanding inner powers, and of love that embraces every form of expression from tree to God.

We can achieve this life only if we are aware and observant of its fundamentals. The road by which we travel from Ourselves As We Are to the Realization of Christhood is called The Way of Overcoming. The traveler upon this path is ever mindful of the purpose of their journey. As they travel, they meditate one-pointedly upon the Christ Pattern, the Christ Goal, and the Daily Training.

Keep the reminder before you that whatever you are doing, wherever you are and with whomsoever you are mingling, therein lies your opportunity to practice unwaveringly the Christ Principles.
