This aspect is known by various terms, such as the Spirit of Mother Light; the Spirit of Revelation; or the Spirit of Enfolding Life. These various terms indicate a wide variety of expressions of this aspect. Mothers' Day honors especially the women who have taken on the role of Motherhood in this life. That role requires a great variety of expressions of service, caring and self-giving. As we enter a New Year and examine our goals, we could ask ourselves, How much wisdom have I gained from the knowledge gathered in the past year? There are three aspects of Christ's teachings we have been told we need to practice: the gathering of spiritual knowledge; improvement of our devotions; and living the life. When we use the knowledge we have gathered and live the life, that knowledge can become wisdom. When we achieve wisdom it becomes a permanent part of who we are.
